These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the qbaje platform and its users. By registering on qbaje or using this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). qbaje typically completes withdrawal requests within 1 hour. Withdrawals will only be approved to the payment method registered in your name and used for deposits.

3.3 Transaction Limits & Verification

For large withdrawal amounts, qbaje may request additional documents for identity verification (national ID card, passport, etc.). This is a mandatory step to prevent financial fraud and ensure user security.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

qbaje offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,500. Or if you deposit ৳28,000 or more you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, bringing your total balance to ৳48,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount, and it is calculated only on the bonus funds (not on the deposit amount). For example, if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets before you can withdraw any winnings from the bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses are valid for use on the qbaje platform only.
• More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time.
• qbaje reserves the right to cancel a bonus if misuse is suspected.
• Bonus terms and conditions may change; check the relevant terms before accepting each offer.
• Separate wagering requirements may apply for promotional bonuses or special offers.

5.1 VIP Tiers

The qbaje VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on your overall activity and regularity on the platform. The benefits and conditions for each tier apply separately.

5.2 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games on qbaje operate under a fair play policy. Using any software, bots, automation tools, or manipulation to operate games is strictly prohibited. If such a violation is detected, the account may be immediately closed and the balance forfeited.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a game result is displayed incorrectly due to a technical error or system problem, qbaje reserves the right to void that round and return the staked funds. Any apparent win resulting from a technical error will be considered invalid.

It is your responsibility to keep your qbaje account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing access to your account with any third party is prohibited.

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Make sure to log out when using an unfamiliar device.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

The following activities are completely prohibited on the qbaje platform:

• Any attempt to gain an advantage through fraud, deception, or dishonest means.

• Inappropriate or harassing behavior toward other users.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same household or location.
